In less than a week I'll be 42 years old. My oldest daughter is 3 and a half and my youngest is 1. I am confident in who I am as a father and am proud of the husband and man that I am evolving into as that changes daily with added wisdom and experience. I have memories going back to when  I was three years of age. I was still in England, where I was born, and though details are blurry, the feelings and emotions I have about those I was with in those memories are clear. So my oldest has breached the point in her life where certain experiences will be everlasting memories. Having this realization drives me to take action and make the most of every moment with my girls. Tomorrow is not promised. Time flies. Carpe diem. I will. I leave you with a picture of me when I was 28, only two years before my diagnosis of stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and my daugther at 3 side by side.

Much love and Never quit.
